We have loved our experience at NRV Pediatrics since we started coming in 2020. The doctors we have encountered are thoughtful and thorough. Dr. Bailey has specifically been an incredible doctor for my son with a hip dysplasia diagnosis. She always listen to my concerns and helps me think through the options. She handles each appointment with her full attention, so you might have to wait but worth it! After reading other reviews I will also add: the nurses and front desk staff rotate enough that if you have a person/personality you don't enjoy, you'll more than likely see someone different next time.

This is an excellent group of physicians who practice the medical standards of care and listen (the 2 most important factors for me in medical care). With regards to other reviewer comments, sometimes you do have to wait a bit to be seen; however, I plan accordingly because I also know that when I do see the physician they will take their time, listen, and truly evaluate my child.... And possibly the reason they sometimes run behind is because they were taking care of an even sicker kid or other vary complicated issue before my appointment. We are so lucky to have this great group in the area.
